Huercasa has its own Innovation Centre in Valsaín (Segovia). Known as the “COCINA DE IDEAS” (the Ideas Kitchen), it is staffed by a multidisciplinary team of specialists and is equipped with state-of-the-art technology and facilities. This structure ensures that our vision is always up to date and that we always keep abreast of market trends.


Huercasa works with a network of specialists, technology centres, universities and other collaborators, which allows us to progress in different directions and to meet different needs. We also regularly participate in collaborative projects with other companies to develop common technologies and processes to further advance our goals.
