From its inception, Huercasa has had a strong commitment to quality. During our more than 38 years in the industry, all the people that work for us have adhered to our culture of quality. We have also had a significant impact on farmers (our usual colleagues), and on all the other suppliers we work with.
We are aware that all our efforts in this area will never be enough, which is why we continue to train and help the people involved in all our processes to improve, day after day, year on year.

FOOD QUALITY IN TANDEM WITH FOOD SAFETY
Food quality and food safety go hand in hand. The work we perform in our quality department must be certified in accordance with international protocols. We believe that quality is both visible and invisible. It requires compliance with applicable laws and is also based on the ethical commitment of everyone involved in the process.
We are currently certified by the internationally renowned certification entity SAI Global, and also have certificates from other such organisations.
