SAUTÉED LENTILS WITH CUTTLEFISH

Method

  1. Dice the cuttlefish, chop a few cloves of garlic and sauté in a pot
  2. Add the cayenne pepper and paprika
  3. When the water has evaporated, add the lentils and stir everything together
  4. Sprinkle a little chopped parsley over the lentils, leave for a couple of minutes and you’re done!
  5. Season to taste with salt and pepper
