Warm weather calls for a good salad! Prepare a classic country salad in just a few minutes with cooked and peeled Huercasa potatoes. To enjoy at home or anywhere!

Method

  1. Chop the onion, peppers and tomato into small pieces and place them in a bowl.
  2. Dice the potatoes and add them to the bowl with the other ingredients.
  3. Add the tuna and olives to the salad and season with oil, vinegar and salt to taste.
  4. Toss well and top with the coarsely chopped egg. Garnish with a parsley leaf and serve cold or warm.
