Warm weather calls for a good salad! Prepare a classic country salad in just a few minutes with cooked and peeled Huercasa potatoes. To enjoy at home or anywhere!
- Chop the onion, peppers and tomato into small pieces and place them in a bowl.
- Dice the potatoes and add them to the bowl with the other ingredients.
- Add the tuna and olives to the salad and season with oil, vinegar and salt to taste.
