POTATOES STUFFED WITH SOUR CREAM, BACON AND CHEESE

Method

  1. Start by mixing the fresh cream with the milk and lemon and add salt and pepper to taste. Add the bacon and mix well.
  2. Remove the Huercasa potatoes (skin on) from the bag and place them in an oven dish. Cut them in half, but not all the way through, and add the sour cream in the middle.
  3. Sprinkle with the grated cheese and bake in the oven at 200º for 10 minutes under the grill until the cheese has melted.
  4. Serve immediately.
