SWEET CORN AND CHICKEN KEBABS WITH VEGETABLES

Sweet corn cobs are the stars of summer! Try them in these kebabs! Healthy and fun, they’re great cooked on the barbecue, but you can also prepare them at home on the grill or in a frying pan.

Method

  • Cut the pepper and the chicken breast into large chunks.
  • Cut the courgette into thick slices.
  • Pierce a sweet corn cob with a skewer stick, then add a piece of chicken, a piece of pepper, a slice of courgette and then another piece of chicken and pepper.
  • Repeat until all four kebabs are ready and season to taste.
  • Add a splash of olive oil and cook in a frying pan, grill or barbecue until golden brown on all sides and serve.
